  《幼儿园教育指导纲要》明确提出:“环境是重要的教育资源,应通过环境的创设和利用,有效地促进幼儿的发展。”幼儿园的环境是一种重要的教育资源,像是一位不说话的老师,环境的布置和创设更是一种“隐性”课程,在开发幼儿智力、促进幼儿个性发展有着不可低估的教育作用。4月28日,无锡市盛岸实验幼儿园开展了班本环创展示活动。

    本次环创展示活动,以“参观、讲解”的方式进行,由各班教师带队,全体教师对班本课程设计与环境创设等方面进行观摩和全面评估。为了更好的展示,由各班教师担任讲解员,从班级环境创设意图和理念、活动开展的情况、环境的创设以及材料投放等方面向大家做了详细地介绍。

    每个班级的主题墙都是孩子主题学习的发言人,教师以孩子的发现、孩子的问题、孩子的探索为主,生动、直观地展现了各具特色的主题内容,清晰地记录了主题开展的轨迹。

    在创设环境的过程中我们以互动性、教育性、生动性、实用性为主,以儿童的需要为需要,以儿童的兴致为兴致,充分培养幼儿的主体精神,发展幼儿的主体意识,培养幼儿的责任感。通过本次展示活动,不仅为老师们搭建了一次学习、交流和分享的平台,让老师们有了更多的思考、创意和实践,还有效促进了教师环境创设理念的更新,提升了创设技能。我们将继续研究基于儿童视角的环境创设,让环境“活”起来,支持幼儿的成长,彰显生命的跃动。
